We base costs on scope, complexity, and outcomes, not just headcount. We use set day rates for each skill level, then flex the mix according to your needs. For example, if a project requires 20% architecture and 100% engineering, we assign only the proportion of architecture required rather than charging for a full resource. This ensures you pay for the expertise you need, when you need it, while keeping costs transparent and aligned to value delivered.

What happens after a project go-live?

We don’t walk away once a project is delivered. After go-live, we offer flexible support models to fit your needs. One option provides Level 1–3 technical support to keep systems stable and responsive. The other is a BAU (Business-as-Usual) support model, where we go further, partnering with you on continuous improvement, optimisations, and enhancements to ensure your data solutions keep delivering long-term value.

How do you deal with scope-creep or change requests?

We manage scope carefully through transparent tracking in Azure DevOps Boards or Jira, where milestones, deliverables, and discussions are visible to all stakeholders. When changes arise, we assess their impact early, before timelines or quality are at risk. We then hold upfront conversations to highlight scope shifts or detail change requests, re-evaluate the cost of implementing them, and draft an updated delivery plan. This ensures the business has full visibility and can commit confidently to the revised scope and outcomes.

How do you ensure knowledge transfer to our internal teams?
